ITEMS WE STOCK:
Returns for a refund or exchange are allowed for up to 30 days on most items. Items must be in new condition, in their original packaging and you must have a sales or credit card receipt. After 30 days, a credit will be issued which can be used at any time.

PERSONAL ITEMS WORN NEXT TO THE SKIN:
Items such as braces, stockings, supports or any other personal item that is shipped or worn outside of our location is not returnable.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:
Items that we do not stock but order for you are returnable at the discretion of Charron Medical. Special order Items that we do accept back will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We will notify you in advance of your purchase if the item is non-returnable.

PRESCRIPTION AUTHORIZATIONS:
Products requiring a prescription may be faxed by the patient or the patient's physician directly to Charron Medical. We work with Doctors and patients regularly providing the best products shipped same day out of our warehouses in the USA. We can contact your physician to assist you if you require extra help. ONLINE ORDERS:
All returns need to be approved by Charron Medical Services. If you are planning to make a return, please contact us by email or phone to secure a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Items received without a proper RA number will be refused and returned to sender. Please contact us for your Return Authorization number first.
